Intelco Limited Warranty for Custom Countertops
Our customer countertops are manufactured under stringent quality control procedures and are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Our Company warrants the product for a period of one (1) year to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If the product is found to be defective within the terms of this warranty, the Company will repair, or at their discretion, replace the product. The Company will not be responsible for any labor or service charges such as electrical. plumbing, and/or installation which are incidental to removing and replacing a defective product.

*Company will negotiate any settlement of defective product with the original purchaser/dealer, NOT the end user. Credit percentage is based on dealer's original cost and will be applied to the purchase price of a replacement worktop. Price for new worktop based on the dealer's current pricing schedule at time of claim.
The purchasers/dealer is responsible to thoroughly inspect the order for damage and/or defects at the time of delivery. Signing the delivery ticket indicates that the order was received in acceptable condition. Absolutely no claims for damage will be accepted after the purchaser/dealer signs the delivery ticket. This warranty does not cover, and the Company will not be responsible for, abuse, improper installation, exposure to excessive heat and/or water. damage from abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals or any other damage incurred after manufacturer's delivery. The Company will not warrant cracks, chips, scratches and/or breakage not due to defects in the materials or workmanship. Plastic laminate products are by nature, subject to minor surface imperfections and slight irregularities, and may contain some color variations and/or small particles of foreign matter. Any surface imperfections falling within the acceptable limits expressly established by the laminate manufacturer, will not be considered a defect and will not be covered by this warranty. Any defect not attributable to the fabrication process will be submitted to the laminate manufacturer for resolution.
This warranty is Limited Strictly to the terms indicated herein and no other
expressed warranties or remedies shall be binding on our Company.
